Include a text box in a multible-choice question

Hi everyone. I want to create a multiple-choice question where respondents can select an option. However, for two specific choices, I also want to include a text box so they can provide additional input if needed.

Very easy using the ‘last label other’ optins

  1. create a single choice question
  2. click the settings icon at the bottom left of the question input
  3. click ‘last label other’ give it a label

That’s all you need - the data will contain an addition column for ‘other’ for the question
