hello, is it possible to download a word (or any other similar) version of a survey programmed on survey engine?

Yes - you can download the entire survey as an excel spreadsheet - this includes all logic and inline formatting, experiment specification and design On the dashboard select export as codeplan.
The great thing is you can actually edit this spreadsheet and re-upload it. Which is great for translations or automated generation. Some people even generate the entire survey in Excel and then upload them.
