Importing Ngene design into survey engine

We generated a 36-row, 6-block design in Ngene desktop (with constraints and interactions) and imported the Excel file into SurveyEngine. The choice tasks are reproduced correctly.

However, when we try to generate the design using SurveyEngine’s built-in Ngene (same specification, rows, blocks), the resulting design is different.

Is it possible to exactly replicate a Ngene desktop design inside SurveyEngine, or is importing the final design matrix the recommended approach?

It should be.
Without seeing the actual designs I would speculate that it’s just a randomisation difference.
Can you post each design and each corresponding script?
