I tried to upload a PDF containing PIS, but it shows error. The document cant be viewed in preview form too.
May I seek help on this?

- Have you uploaded the pdf to assets?

This is something you do in the PDF construction - Acrobat has a way to make interactive forms and get digitally compliant signature.
WARNING!!! requiring someone to add a signature will both destroy your response rate and severely bias your study. Even in the big regulatory Health studies this is never done. Don’t do it!
It’s much easier to just include in the survey a checkbox to the effect of “I have read the PCIF and consent to ….”
