Steps to Reproduce the Problem: Dear SurveyEngine Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently building a choice experiment on SurveyEngine and I have encountered an issue that I have not been able to resolve. I successfully imported my experimental design (16 choice tasks divided into 2 blocks), and the Design Matrix displays correctly within the Experiment Design tab. However, when I preview the survey, the system shows a random design instead of the imported one. I have already checked the following:

  1. All design columns are assigned correctly to the corresponding attributes in the “Assign Columns” section
  2. The block variable matches the Deck configuration
  3. The Deck component is placed before the choice experiment pages

Despite these steps, the preview still does not use the imported design. Could you please advise why this might be happening, or review my survey setup on your end? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.
