What happens to the survey data if internet connection is interrupted during a survey
Each time the respondent clicks the ‘next’ button, data is stored permanently on the servers. If the internet drops out - all data to date is retained and the user is given a notification they have lost connection. Attempts are made to reconnect and if successful, the respondent proceeeds as normal.
