Does anyone know how I change the ID parameter on an invitation link? Every time I go to change it, it just adds the new parameter on to the old parameter at the end of the link.
So the link it gives you contains an example id using the default id parameter (extid) e.g.
https://v4-4-3.saas-us1.surveyengine.com/123456?extid=example_id
Just change the id parameter to what you want e.g. pid and press save.
now the example link is
https://v4-4-3.saas-us1.surveyengine.com/123456?pid=example_id
But note - this is just an example - when you give this to your panel provider (or use some sort of email merge) you should replace example_id with the tracking id (or email) for each outbound link.
so it becomes
https://v4-4-3.saas-us1.surveyengine.com/123456?pid=fred
https://v4-4-3.saas-us1.surveyengine.com/123456?pid=jimbob
etc,
Then you will be able to track each outbound email with survey completion/abandonment/non start etc.
