Can I make changes into a live survey?
Yes.
Each time you publish a survey (with new changes) you can keep the previous version live. Data labels that are the same will be merged and individual respondents will be able to be tracked by version.
New data elements will appear as well, but obviously be blank for previous versions.
Any respondent in the middle of a survey will stay on the version they started on.
