Hello,

When I generate the design for Ngene, there is a pop-up showing the rows for each choice task. The last column clearly shows the block-numbers. However, when I download the codeplan for the survey from the dashboard, the column that should list the block numbers is empty. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong? How can I best solve this?

Kind regards,
Alessandra

The SurveyEngine platform is unaware of blocks. When you import a blocked design generated by Ngene then the design rows are sorted by the block index. So you can access the first block by choosing design rows 1 to x, the second block by design row x+1 to 2x etc. But you have to know that, the platform does not even know that this is a blocked design at all. Therefore, block indices are also not exported into the codeplan.
